Our facilities consist of a variety of machines and tools to suite your manufacturing needs. A brief list of the machines and skills we have are:
Shop Floor
Building has a floor space of 18,600 square feet, with a peak ceiling height of 35 feet, and 7 bay doors.
Fabrication
Our Large open facilities consist of a variety of machines and tools to suite your customized manufacturing needs.
Braking
Our C.N.C. Brake can bend mild steel up to 1/4" thick by 10 feet long. Thickness, length of bend, and bend angle may vary with other materials.
Welding
TIG, SMAW, and MIG are available in our shop, as well as portable welding services. Our services are C.W.B. certified.
Shearing
Our C.N.C. Shear can shear mild steel up to 1/2" thick by 10 feet long mild steel. Thickness and length may vary with tougher materials.
Plate Rolling
3/8" thick by 6 feet.
Iron Work
150 ton.
